Shawn brings to Julian Records his ear for quality production & engineering, although yet to build his credits as an executive producer, he decided to build his own independent record label and be the in-house executive producer overseeing all aspect of music/business.

Shawn also is an A&R, which he utilises his ability to find talent and determination to succeed to build a strong team to be able to sign/develop talent.
